臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本文選取2013〜2018年上市公司資料，首先以董事會會議出席率做為董事會
監督效果之代理變數，探討當女性董事比例愈高時，能否因董事會性別多元化，
產生同儕效應，提升董事會會議出席率。本研究接著並進一步探討是否當董事會
席次中女性董事席次比率愈高，董事會議出席率愈高，連帶因為董事組成多元化
，提出相對於男性董事不同的觀點，達到強化董事會監督功能，使公司績效增加
。
本研究為避免潛在之內生性偏誤，採用兩階段最小平方法(2SLS)，第一階段
迴歸實證結果支持女性董事比例與董事會會議出席率呈現顯著正向關係。第二階
段迴歸實證結果亦支持董事會會議出席愈高，公司績效愈高。此外，本研究將樣
本區分為家族企業與非家族企業，僅家族企業與上述實證結果相同。
