This paper proposed a new style of campus websites used in the middle and elementary school. This new style of campus websites combines benefits of the social networking site and general campus websites. It is named a Social Campus Website. In such websites, we optimize the management function and reduce the complexity of the operation interface of the webmaster in the process of building the primary and secondary school websites in various countries. More than 80% of the current school websites are built with a main hierarchical website. It is a kind of central management. Consequently, it is not suitable for the interaction between teachers and students. In our social campus website, it contains a campus webpage is capable of generating sub-social webpages. The sub-social webpage could be considered an independent social website which is managed by a teacher. In this way, the management of this social campus website change from the central management into decentral management. It is easy to get more interaction between teachers and student without the other manager’s help. In order to achieve such function, we change the whole web system into modularization. In this way, teachers become the main managers of this website. It is useful for their teaching jobs.
