The purpose of this study is to research the competitive strategies of the P2P TV industry. We first discuss the IPTV market, the P2P development and its business applications in both China and Taiwan. We then discuss a case company, with respect to its product, solutions, and business models. By sing the SWOT analysis and the “Five Forces” Analysis, we are to conduct a competitiveness analysis of the case company, to summarize operational problems currently being faced by the case company, and finally, we aim to propose managerial strategies to the case company.
