近年來，隨著網路與行動裝置的大眾化，人人幾乎都配有行動裝置，也因行動裝置的崛起，改變了人們原有的生活模式及消費習慣，其中在這資訊科技爆炸的世界中消費的習性，已從實體店面的購買繼而轉往線上購物，電子商務於生活中已必成為了不可或缺的一環。電子商務蓬勃的時代，固然有著許多平台進行銷售行為，而在這諸多的平台如何進行電子業務、改善經營效率和資訊的管理與應用，是如今企業面臨的課題，而本論文設計一套可以收集著不同平台的客戶與銷售資訊，其中分為了三個部分：1.各電子商務平台的資料收集使用了集中式的管理方式，透過設計一支伺服器程式，來與各平台做HTTP request/respose的動作來請求與發送資料，再透過伺服器程式的設計與資料處理後儲存於MySQL資料庫在發送所需的資料至使用者介面，其中伺服端系統與使用者介面端以WebSocket方式做通訊傳輸，讓系統可以即時的發送各電子商務訊息至使用者介面端做為管理，2.商家可以透過使用者介面來觀察顧客消費行為和操作商家管理行為其中的商家管理行為與顧客消費行為回饋之大數據可以針對不同行為模式的客群與商家做客製化的服務，3.整個系統的設計包含了Web Service、伺服器程式和使用者操作介面的設計與撰寫，其中最主要的通訊傳輸透過了WebSocket來強調即時與較少的通訊成本。本論文透過程式設計來模擬與蝦皮購物和露天拍賣的管理行為來完成『以WebSocket為基礎電子商務資訊交換系統之設計與實作』。

In recent years, with the availability of wide range of networks and mobile devices, everyone is equipped with mobile devices. Whereas, the rise of mobile devices changed people's original life patterns and consumption habits. Along with this sort of addiction to trendy technologies people nowadays prefer online shopping than personal way of traditional shopping visiting shops. E-commerce has become an indispensable part of life. In this era of Vigorous growth of e-commerce, there are wide varieties of problems that the enterprises face currently like managing the information of these platforms, improving operational efficiency and application. This paper has a set of different platforms that can collect customer and sales information to solve the problem faced, which is divided into three parts:(1) The data collection of each e-commerce platform uses a centralized management method, through the design of a server program which has the platform to do HTTP request/response action which is used to request and send data. After being stored in the MYSQL database, the required data is sent to the user interface for which the server system and the user interface are communicated by WebSocket. So that the system can send each e-commerce message in real time to the user interface as a Management. (2) The shop can observe customer behavior and shop management behavior through the user interface. The huge data of shop management behavior and customer consumption behavior feedback can be customized through services for customers and shop with different behavior patterns. (3) The design of the whole system includes the web designing, programming web service, server program and user operation interface. The most important communication transmission happens through WebSocket to emphasize real-time and ensure less communication cost. This paper emphasizes the "Design and Implementation of E-Commerce Information Exchange System Based on WebSocket Technology" through program design to simulate the management behavior of shopee and ruten.
