臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

農業屬於初級生產提供人類生存所需的糧食，為人類最大且為最重要的經濟活動之一是最根本的產業。台灣精緻化農業的未來趨勢就是植物工廠，更是溫室設施栽培技術發展之極致。而植物工廠栽培技術配合物聯網(Internet of Things)概念，更可達到植物工廠環境遠端監控與蔬菜生長環境之維持。一來可以節省人力成本，二來可以縮短蔬菜成長時間，提高單位面積產量與降低成本。而管理者也能透過「物物相聯的網際網路-IOT」了解植物工廠內的溫、溼、照度等環境參數，並透過即時觀測系統觀看植物生長狀況，而消費者也能清楚看到水耕種植蔬菜的成長過程，從育苗、生長、收成全程皆可即時觀察。

植物工廠雖無農藥使用的疑慮，但硝酸鹽離子含量亦是葉菜植株中的另一層的隱憂。基於食安的考量，本研究將利用環境管控流程，避免蔬菜硝酸離子因生長環境不宜而過度累積，以標準流程管理模式的方法降低硝酸鹽離子含量，使其達到歐盟所訂定之安全食用規範。

本研究所建置的系統與管控流程，將能提供全台灣人民透明化生產過程之另一種安全、無毒、健康蔬菜的新選擇；防止「病從口入」，從農場到餐桌的管理，相較於傳統以早期之疾病篩檢和強調健康行為之健康促進，暫且稱之為「無毒的健康促進」（Non-toxic Health Promotion），適逢充斥著食安危機之今日，顯得特別有意義。預防保健應該從「廚房」開始，健康則決定於「餐桌」上的選擇及吃對的食物。

Human need food to survival , so agriculture is the most fundamental industries. Plant factory is refinement agriculture for future trends in Taiwan. Greenhouse is the cultivation of technological ultimate development. The system integrated Internet of things (IOT), and environmental parameters of plant factory with maintain vegetables growth environment.

The first one can save on labor costs. Secondly can be shortened the time to grow vegetables and increase the yield per unit area and reduce costs. With the Internet of things (IOT), the administrator can monitor the growing process of vegetables and the growing environments of vegetables include temperature, humidity and illuminance in plant factory.The consumers can also watch real-time video of the growing status.

In this study can provide another new select about production process transparency, security, non-toxic and healthy vegetables in Taiwan.
