近年來,愈來愈多的國人罹患糖尿病,糖尿病為一種慢性疾病,需要長期的觀察血糖變化、飲食控制以及運動等等,來降低併發症的機率。因此,透過遠距照護是一個不錯的方法,來提供糖尿病患者照護,透過個案管理師來監測個案血糖量測的情形和變化以及其他飲食或運動情形,讓病人可以自我管理的更好。然而,糖尿病的照護是需要從多方面來著手,例如:飲食、運動、血糖監測等等面向來控制糖尿病。針對糖尿病患者的照顧方案,美國糖尿病衛教協會 (American Association of Diabetes Educators) 提出了AADE7,把糖尿病的照護分成了七個面向。此篇論文就是希望從這七個面向找出最重要的幾個因子,並且透過分類的方法找出每個面向所佔的權重為何,以及每個因子對於糖化血色素地進步或退步所造成的影響。以利於日後糖尿病照護或是提供遠距照護系統之臨床決策之依據。

In recent year, more and more people in Taiwan are with diabetes which is a chronic disease that needs to be cared by observing blood glucose variation, eating control, and activity, etc. in order to control the probability of causing the diabetic complications. Therefore, telehealthcare may be a smart way that can provide care for patients by case managers who will monitor the status of taking blood glucose, blood glucose variation, eating, and activity to help patients do better self-management. However, the care on diabetes should be from many aspects such as eating, activity, blood glucose monitoring and so on. For caring diabetic patients, American Association of Diabetes Educators proposed the AADE7 that divides diabetic care into seven aspects. The paper will show the most important factors in AADE7, the weight in each aspect, and the prediction result of the AADE7 records. So that we can provide a better care in our telehealthcare service, and we can build a stronger clinical decision support system.
