臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本文主要參考Gronau(1997)與Khandker(1988)的架構，利用行政院主計處2003年「台灣地區婦女婚育與就業調查」原始資料，進行實證研究。考慮婦女及其配偶的勞動參與行為所造成的樣本選擇問題，以一般化最小平方法與Heckman的兩階段估計法，估計有偶婦女的時間分配函數。實證結果顯示：有偶婦女的勞動參與行為會影響其時間運用。婦女本身教育程度對市場工時有正向影響，而對家務時間有負向影響。丈夫教育程度愈高，婦女市場工時與家務時間均較少。預測的婦女薪資與預測的丈夫薪資，對就業婦女的市場工時與家務時間的影響為正向。樣本選擇問題對就業婦女的時間函數有顯著的影響。

This paper is regarding the study of married women’s allocation of time in Taiwan. The economic model was developed by Gronau (1997) and Khandker (1988). Using the data “Survey of Women’s Marriage, Fertility and Employment in Taiwan ” conducted by DGBAS 2003. The data focuses on married women ages between 15 and 65. Data on allocation of time of women are classified under two categories-home production and market production. Sample selection bias due to participation in the labor force is considered in the estimates of allocation of time models. The empirical results suggest that married women’s allocation of time are significantly influenced by ages, degrees of education, numbers of kids under 6 years old, predicted wages of women, predicted wages of husbands, areas of living, and sample selection bias.
