臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年來圖書館在實務運作方面所面臨的衝擊與挑戰包含了資源管理、讀者服務與館藏發展等部份，其中又以館藏發展相關問題最受廣泛討論與研究，原因不外乎於電子資源崛起後採購方式改變與期刊經費年年高漲，導致圖書館經費的暴增。大學圖書館成立的目的在提供教學、研究和其他各種相關活動所需之圖書與資訊。為使圖書館所建立的館藏與提供得服務，能配合學校中長程發展計畫、各科系所課程、教師及各博碩士班之研究，館藏發展的訂定就極為重要。
因此本研究以國立陽明大學94年度博士論文73篇為研究對象，分析其引文之資料類型、引文語文別、引文年代及引文類，根據研究目的及文獻分析結果設計統計資料了解：(1)分析讀者圖書資源使用情形；(2)從圖書資源使用現況，配合目前經費支配的狀況，來支援決策圖書館館藏發展政策。
研究結果發現：國立陽明大學圖書經費與引用率是相同的，期刊被引用的次數最多，所佔的經費也最高；電子資源與論文部份使用率偏低，所佔的採購經費相對的也偏低。若從館藏量來看，圖書部分是館藏最多的部份，但所編的經費卻不到2成；雖期刊經費年年暴增，從使用者的角度來看，期刊也是重要的引用來源，所以短期內，期刊的預算比率還是需要維持一定的比率內。
對國立陽明大學圖書館館藏發展政策的制定建議有，館藏資料類型部份：學校分配之預算書刊比與現有的20:80為原則採購書刊；館藏語文部份：期刊以西文為主、圖書則中西文並重；館藏年代部份：建議採購近5年內出版之書刊資料為主。類別部份則以生物醫學為主，人文社會科學為輔。
