客家學為臺灣一熱門的新興學門，而新興學門的建立必須有其核心理論架構與嚴謹研究方法，目前對於客家學其核心理論架構與研究方法的瞭解，仍欠缺清晰的方向及圖像。前瞻研究法是做為研究分析學科及知識發展的重要工具，透過書目資訊分析及德菲法，以歸納通則並預測文獻數量增長的趨勢，有助於研究者掌握學科知識的脈動，甚至可提供學門發展與理論建構的參考。客家族群興起於15世紀，而客家學則建立於1930年代，迄今也有80餘年。客家學研究成果除了以專書出版及博碩士論文的研究成果之外，近年在中文電子期刊發表上也擁有很豐富表現。為進一步探討客家研究的相關主題與研究趨勢，本研究採用華藝線上圖書館期刊資料庫，搜集歷年客家相關研究910篇期刊文獻，做為本研究之分析樣本，以觀察客家研究相關領域近年來的變化與發展，以前瞻研究為導向，從書目計量學角度出發採用文字探勘、詞頻分析及德菲法，嘗試建構台灣客家研究領域知識本體及瞭解客家發展方向。
透過研究方法的剖析，全面性論述一個學科建構的理論，更進一步去探討客家學這個學科所賴以建立的核心概念。研究結果發現客家研究在相關期刊文獻中的探討主題核心可分為四大類，分別為文化與保存、族群與關係、語言與學習及經濟與發展，並由期刊文獻成長趨勢發現客家相關的研究於2002年有大幅度的成長，分析其主因與2001年成立的「行政院客家委員會」有關，其帶動了客家學的研究熱潮，也讓社會大眾更加的重視及認識到客家的文化，且陸續成立全球首創之客家學院，確實有帶來國內學術領域對「客家學」的興趣及研究，也讓客家文化更受到重視，奠定客家研究堅實基礎，並舉辦了一系列的文化創意活動(如:桐花祭、客家12大節慶、義民祭、福菜節…等)作為保存族群文化與藝術的一種方式，另發現早期經濟與發展之相關文獻較少，而2009年後則有明顯成長曲線，本研究認為除了近年科技發展與時代變遷快速，生活型態不管是科技應用、文化創意、休閒觀光皆有重大改變外，也與客委會於2009 年起開始舉辦串聯全台灣各地的「客庄十二大節慶」有關，間接帶動了客庄地區的發展。
本研究透過前瞻研究法以書目計量學角度出發，再採用文字探勘、叢集分析再以德菲法作為研究方法來解析客家研究的學術研究成果，透過客家相關期刊文獻數量成長與分布趨勢分析，預測學科知識的行為模式，規劃客家研究的未來發展趨勢。未來應持續就其研究屬性及延伸範圍進入較深層的文獻內容探討，為客家學門成為新興學門奠基作基礎。

Hakkaology is a popular and thriving study in Taiwan. The establishment of a thriving study must be based on its core theoretical framework and strict study method. There is still a lack of the clear direction and image for the core theoretical framework and study method of Hakkaology. The foresight research is an important tool for research analysis and knowledge development. Through bibliometrics and Delphi method, we can sum up the general laws and predict the rising trend of the documents, which is helpful for the researchers to have a command over the changes in the subject knowledge and will even serve as the reference for the knowledge development and theoretical establishment. The Hakka group rose in the 15th century, and Hakaology starting in the 1930s has existed for more than 80 years. The research results on Hakkaology are published not only in exclusive books, doctoral dissertation and master’s theses but also in the Chinese e-journals in a large number. To further discuss the related issues and research trends on Hakka studies, this study adopts the journal database of Ariti Library to collect 910 journal articles related to Hakka studies in the past years to be the analytical samples for the observation of the changes and development in the related fields of Hakka studies in the recent years. With the orientation of the foresight research, I will start from the angles of bibliometrics, adopts data mining, frequency analysis, and Delphi method, trying to construct the knowledge ontology of the field of Hakka studies in Taiwan and understand the Hakka development direction.
Trough the analysis of the research method, I will have a comprehensive discourse on the constructive theory of a subject and further discuss the core concept the subject of Hakkaology depends on. From the research results, it is found that the core issues discussed in the related journal articles of Hakka studies can be divided into four categories: culture and preservation, groups and relationship, language and learning, and economy and development. According to the growing trend of the journal articles, it is found that the studies related to Hakka have a sharp increase in 2002. Based on analysis, the main cause is related to the establishment of “Hakka Affairs Council, Executive Yuan,” which brings a research trend of Hakkaology and arouses the more of the public awareness and knowledge on Hakka culture. Then the establishment of the first Hakka School indeed brings about more interest and research on “Hakkaology” in the domestic scholastic circle, making Hakka culture more valued and laying a solid foundation for Hakka studies. A series of cultural and creative activities also take place (such as Tung Blossom Festival, Twelve Hakka Major Festivities, Yimin Festival, Pickled Vegetable Festival, etc ) to serve as a way to preserve the ethnic culture and art. I also find that the documents on the early economy and development are few and there was an obvious rise after 2009. This study argues that in addition to the recent-year technological development and fast-changing time, there have been huge changes in technological application, cultural creativity, and recreational tourism. The Hakka Affairs Council also started to host “Twelve Hakka Major Festivities” in 2009 to connect the places all over Taiwan, which indirectly promotes the development of the Hakka areas.
This study starts from the angles of foresight research and bibliometrics, adopts the research methods of data mining, cluster analysis, and Delphi method to analyze the scholastic research results of Hakka studies, predicts the behavior pattern of the subject knowledge through the analysis on the growth and distribution trend in the Hakka-related journal articles, and plans the future development trend of Hakka studies. The future studies may have a deeper discussion on the document contents based on the research attributes and extensive scopes to lay the foundation for Hakkaology to become a thriving study.
