自從推動教育改革以來，廣泛開設各級學校及師資培育班，教育現場在資訊進步和少子化的衝擊之下，對教育內涵提升產生前所未有的企求；而在教學環境中，班級經營直接影響到學生學習效能與教師士氣，因此班級經營相關理論與實務逐漸受到重視；現今班級經營所普遍遭遇的困境，主要來自師生之間自然的世代距離，以及學生彼此之間的社會差異，需透過經營方式來達到溝通和評鑑的統一標準，而資訊的進步拉大了差距，使得統一性的標準難以訂定。悅趣式學習理論(game-based learning)被廣泛的運用，對於各種不同背景年齡的人，只要用統一的遊戲規範，都可以達到基本的平等，同時也有許多研究指出遊戲式教學在教育實務環境上帶來幫助，本論文將以系統化的設計，以教師觀點為主，依據班級經營的內容，設計一套遊戲的獎懲系統可能尋求的支持系統，將數位化遊戲應用在班級經營上，並且透過數位化的優點，幫助教師更能在教學環境中掌握學生學習狀況，進而解決現代教師從事班級經營所面臨之困境，其次更能統合資訊以利研究。

Since the promotion of education, all levels of schools and teacher training courses are wide opened. Under the impact of the developments of information and declining birthrate, the depths of educational content produced an unprecedented needing. In teaching environment, classroom management effect directly on student learning performance and teachers’ morale. Therefore, classroom management in theory and practice of great importance is attached. Classroom management difficulties generally encountered, mainly from the generation gap between teachers and students, as well as the social differences between students. To reach a unified standard of communication and evaluation needs to proceed by well management. But the developments of information widen the gaps, making it difficult to set uniform standards. Game-based learning theory has been used widely, for a variety of different backgrounds and ages, uniform standards are provided by game rules with the equality of beginning. At the same time, there are many studies pointed out that the Game-based learning in the education environment of help. This study will design a digital game-based reward and punishment system based on the content of classroom management by the point of view of teachers. The system will be on the application of classroom management, and through the advantages of digital, helping teachers to give more control in the teaching environment. Games will be digitized on the application of classroom management, and, through the advantages of digital, helping teachers to give more control for students’ learning condition in the teaching environment. Solve the difficulties for modern teachers in classroom management, and followed by better integration of information.
