Abstract
This text is a statement of creation, write and annotate the personal creation content with the characters. With analysis and discussion from the main works among 2003-2007, guide out the way of composing the whole statement. As a creator, it is the core that introspects the form of the works.
<The woman in the house- Statement of Wang Chia-Chi>, means that I explore myself step by step from my own angle, and involves in my creation state. Understand on the meaning of word "in the house", it is the close, obscure meaning; "the woman" means and involves in myself, emphasize the entity created and disguised meaning of affirming the works. In creating the entirely train of thought, "ego" related and continued every work, and "the woman in the house", this is a research of my own consciously, that explores towards my own inherent constantly, and then contrast with Art history to accentuate personal subject consciousness.
In the face of the research course of creating with reviewing myself, sum up four main points of this statement:
First, probe into the self-portrait and ego, nude and ego- relation.
Second, woman art and myself- relation, is it put individual creation into women Art’s history to survey.
Third, probe into the potential personality that individual creates by psychology, reflect ego with environment relation.
Fourth, contrast my works and other women artists’ creation ideas in compatibility.
