The study focuses on the tribal college in Kaohsiung city , from University organization to Administrative operations, to investigate the tracks of development, transition and the localization. The study will be present by the historical background of establishment , the different ideals from different periods, the planning and operations of the courses, and the limitations and difficulties encountered. Also, anything worth to be concerned and any valuable special points.
About the ways of research, there are analyze documents and Interviews. The main interviewees are the central figures from Kaohsiung tribal college, including the organizers, the executive head of business unit managers, contractors, the principal of Kaohsiung tribal college, administrative staff, as well as lecturers, students, etc.
