隨著行動設備智慧型手機的迅速發展以及普及化，傳統和電子商務的應用紛紛轉向為行動商務。商務環境中的優惠券是帶動消費者購物的主要誘因；以優惠折扣刺激買氣。在行動商務崛起的環境中，也趨向發展為應用於行動設備的行動優惠券。藉由具備近場通訊(Near Field Communication，簡稱NFC)的智慧型手機之傳輸便利及隨時隨地漫遊的行動網路，消費者可以輕易地取得、使用行動優惠券。
　　對於優惠券的取得方式目前主要分為兩種：一種是免費取得，另一種則是消費後取得。而消費後取得的優惠券亦是一種有價值的金錢，因此須考量其安全性，以符合目前市場上常見的消費後給予點數再換取優惠；例如超商的集貼紙或飲料店的集蓋章等優惠活動。此外，發行優惠券的業者往往希望發出的優惠券能夠有效的被消費者使用，因此透過分享，讓消費者可將用不到的紅利點數或活動優惠券給予別人，增加流動性來提高使用率。因此，本論文將探討如何設計具有安全性的紅利點數換取優惠券機制，以及提高優惠券使用率的分享機制，並且實作於NFC智慧型手機。最後，在行動優惠券環境中探討廠商、行動優惠券提供商和零售商三角色間的利益關係，來避免商業間的共謀行為。其中設計了二次受惠的機制透過票根抽獎活動讓消費者擔任監督角色，促使三角色之間的平衡。

　　With the advance and popularization of smartphones, the traditional commerce and e-commerce applications are turned into m-commerce applications. It is still a very common way for companies to promote their products or services by using coupons. In m-commerce, coupons are evolving into the mobile coupons with mobile devices. With NFC smartphones, people can use them to communicate each other easily and roam internet anytime. Therefore, it is convenient for consumers to get and use mobile coupons easily with their NFC smartphones.
　　There are two types of coupons, one is free and the other is by consumption. Since the later is a valuable, it should be protected. To meet the needs of market, the “bonus points” are used to exchange coupons from the collection of pasters and seals in retailer. Besides, the manufacturers intend the coupons being used efficiently, we therefore design and implement a secure mobile coupon system for NFC smartphone in which it includes both the exchange and the share scheme. Finally we study the mobile coupon environment in order to balance benefits and avoid the collusions among manufacturers, mobile coupon provider and retailer. We propose two-beneficial scheme with the lottery tickets in which consumers play the supervisors in the environment. The three schemes of our research give the solution of mobile coupon and meet the security requirements in the mobile environment.
