本研究為提升水利署GIS計畫績效並避免資源重複投入，經由蒐集並彙編水利署近10年GIS計畫成果之相關基礎資料，提供水利署各單位建置GIS計畫前參考。
透過函文調查，問卷分析所得Web-GIS計畫之投入變數為〔系統投入之總經費〕，產出變數為〔系統功能數〕、〔系統使用圖層數〕、〔系統上線數〕。經DEA比較建置之績效，得到結果尚屬合理，並可供未來相關GIS計畫整合之參考。

This research focuses on improving the performance of GIS projects in the Water Resources Agency (WRA). By collecting and editing the relevant data of GIS projects, this research allows related undertakers to refer before constructing their GIS projects.
According to the analysis of questionnaire obtained from WRA, the input variable is the total investment and the output variables are surfing amount, the number of functions, and the number of used graphic layers. In addition, this research utilizes DEA approach to evaluate the performance of GIS projects. The analysis result is feasible and therefore provides the reference for future integration of GIS projects.
