本研究旨在探討金門縣國小教師工作壓力覺知與情緒智商的關係情況。當前國小教師在社會高期待之下，高工作壓力必須依賴情緒智商予以舒緩。本研究採用問卷調查法，以金門縣國民小學教師為研究對象，針對全縣19所小學進行等比例抽樣，共計發出326份，回收316份，最終有效問卷313份。調查資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析檢定及皮爾遜積差相關等進行資料分析。本研究獲得主要五個結論：
一、教師工作壓力覺知屬中等程度，主要工作壓力以「班級經營」及「工作負荷」為主。
二、教師情緒智商表現屬中高程度，其中僅以「人際關係的管理」表現略低。
三、不同的「學校地區」及「學校規模」對整體教師工作壓力覺知有顯著的差異存在。
四、男性在教師情緒智商的表現顯著高於女性教師。
五、金門縣教師整體工作壓力覺知與整體情緒智商的相關並無顯著，僅呈現微弱的負相關。
最後，本研究在教育的意涵與對未來研究之建議亦一併提出。

The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between job stress awareness and emotional intelligence of elementary school teachers in Kinmen County. Currently, those teachers are facing high pressure by social high expectations. Therefore, they must rely on highly emotional intelligence to be soothing. A questionnaire survey was conducted. The subjects of this survey were randomly selected from elementary school teachers in Kinmen County by stratified proportion sampling. 326copies of this survey were sent out and 313 valid copies were collected. A variety of statistical procedures, including descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance（ANOVA） and Pearson’s correlation coefficient, were used to analyze those collected data. The major 5 findings of this study are shown as follows:
1. The overall level of stress of those teachers lies at the medium level. Also, the primary cause of job stress comes from "classroom management" and "excessive workload."
2. Emotional intelligence of those teachers reaches a high-intermediate level, but "interpersonal relationship management" of those teachers reaches needs to be slightly improved.
3. Job stress of those teachers is significantly different with different school districts and different school sizes.
4. Male teachers'' emotional intelligence is significantly different with that of female teachers.
5. Correlation between job stress and emotional intelligence of those teachers is slightly negative.
Finally, educational implications of this study and recommendations for future study are also proposed.
