因為個人電腦的普及，對於數位電腦動畫的創作者來說開拓了更廣闊的製作空間，也對現代的動畫工作者多了很多項考驗，除需具備對於動畫本質的敏感度之外，數位工具與製作技術的隨時更新也變得相當重要。
「心象的風」一片中用不同的角度來對城市與人提出新的觀點。題材上，創作者對於生活環境提出更深層的反省，並檢視我們生活的空間，歸類訊息的內容，描述出一種更深層的景象。
而觀看「心象的風」不再止於去了解作者意念，也能對觀者提供一種新的思考方向，希望藉由新視野產生的影像能對觀者增加自身經驗、共鳴、反思。
而文中也對於「心象的風」之數位動態影像風格提出探討，針對電腦動畫製作技術與數位化後製作提出研究，最後對現今電腦動畫的發展作深入的分析與研究。現今動畫工作者最大的課題將是：如何將數位工具與人文內涵的比例取得平衡且在作品裡共鳴，利用新的科技去表現更深層的藝術內涵將是現今動畫作品必須具備的。

For those of Computer Graphic Animators nowadays, it exploits the more extensive ranges and adds the more challenges because the universality of computer technology. In addition to the prerequisite of the animation’s sensitive essence, it is getting more and more important to renew and upgrade the digital equipments and technology of animation.
The “Wind” adverts a new viewpoint with many different angles on people and cities. In this project, the artist also adverts a deeper self-searching from his life, finds our living environments, and categorizes the contents of message then expresses the more clear view.
Looking the “Wind” is not only to be realized the images of artist by viewers but also to offer a new thinking way for viewers. And I also hope to develop the views’ consonances and reflections of their individual experiences and self-examinations by the new view of the images producing.
