本研究旨在發展適地化測驗與試題管理系統，本系統採用演化模型開發系統，教師可線上編製多媒體試題與發佈線上或行動測驗，學生使用適地化測驗在開闊的戶外情境下，使用行動載具的定位功能，依據學生位置提示學生填寫與身處情境相關試題，引領學生在適當情境中探索周遭事物解決問題。系統開發完成後以自編評估問卷邀請47位專家進行系統評估以了解本系統介面的設計、易用度、實用度及使用意願。
本研究成果如下：
一、本研究發展之「適地化測驗與試題管理系統」教師端具有以下功能：
(一) 教師可編製試題，形成題庫。
(二) 教師可編製多媒體試題，試題加入圖片、影音檔，增加試題內容多樣性。
(三) 教師可建立試題的知識結構，與試題對應概念連結。
(四) 發佈適地化測驗，引導學生進行位置情境相關之評量活動。
(五) 教師可查詢學生完成測驗後的答題結果。
二、本研究發展之「適地化測驗與試題管理系統」學生端具有以下功能：
(一) 在學生可在網頁及行動載具接受測驗，搭配適地化測驗，學生可探索周遭情境解決問題，達成情境化教學評量。
(二) 在學生完成測驗後可立即查詢測驗結果，立即了解自己的答題表現。
系統的評估結果顯示，專家對於本系統在介面、易用性、實用性與使用意願皆達到滿意的接受度。

The main purpose of this study is to develop a location-based test and item management system by using web technology and mobile technology. This evolution model is adopted for developing this system. The teachers can use this system for authoring multimedia-based items and publishing on-line or mobile test. By employing geographical positioning function, this system offers location-based test for mobile devices. As a result, the students can use their mobile devices for answering questions in their corresponding location context.
To assess the suitability of this system, an evaluation inventory is designed. Eventually, this study employed 47 experts for evaluating this system.
Based on two different target users, the system functions are depicted as follows:
(1) For teachers: The teachers can construct their own web-based item bank; The authoring items can be multimedia-based objects including video, audio, image, and so on. They can build knowledge structure for connecting the items with its corresponding concepts. Thy can assemble and schedule web-based or mobile test sheets; furthermore, they can publish a location-based test for conducting a location awareness assessment activities. Their students’ assessment profile can be queried through web and Android APP.
(2) For learners: The students can take tests under web or Android APP. In location-based test, they can finish their tests through investigating the related situation learning environment. All of their individual performance can be consulted for grasping their own drawback and advantage of learning content.
After statistical analysis, the evaluation results show that the experts gave high appraisal toward the system functions including easy to use, usefulness, willing to use, and system interface.
