在現今資訊社會的環境下，各行各業時常都需以電腦處理相關作業，也因為工作績效的產出與電腦能力息息相關，因此數位能力也就變成機構在應徵員工時的一個必備的要求。但要多高的數位能力才能增加就業競爭力，而數位能力最直接的表現則往往藉由一個人的日常生活數位涉入程度反映。很少研究提及如何鏈結數位涉入特質與就業能力。因此，本研究以民國104年個人家戶數位機會調查之資料庫為來源，藉以瞭解不同群集的數位涉入特質，哪些民眾數位涉入特質因子會影響就業能力，建立就業能力預測模式。
本研究使用資料探勘技術中的K-means 技術、Apriori 關聯法則技術及決策樹等技術，針對一般民眾生活中數位涉入程度加以分析，探討不同群集一般民眾的數位特質、一般民眾之數位涉入程度與其就業能力表現之間的關係。並期望藉由資料探勘技術，建立就業能力之預測模式，期能發現一般民眾在就業與否與數位能力表現上的考量。
本研究結果透過資料探勘方式實證並鏈結出新的就業能力理論架構，實驗結果發現與就業能力最有關的數位涉入指標包含如：(1)近一年有使用政府網站查詢或申請資料、(2)近一年有使用過網路掛號以及(3)近一年有使用網路金融處理等。
最後，本研究期望研究結果能在實務方面協助數位廠商針對這些具高度數位生活需求之民眾進行客製化的行銷策略以及協助政府制定就業相關政策。

In modern information society, people from all walks of life often need to deal with work on computer. Work performance is closely related to computer capacity. Therefore, digital capacity has become a necessary requirement when organizations recruit employees. However, what digital capacity can increase a candidate’s employment competitiveness? The most direct performance of digital capacity is reflected in a person’s digital involvement extent in his/her daily life. There are few researches which mention how to connect digital involvement peculiarity to employment competence. Therefore, this research studied the digital involvement peculiarities of different groups as well as which digital involvement peculiarities of the masses would affect their employment competence in line with the database of survey on individual digital opportunity in the Republic of China in 2015, and then built a model for employment competence prediction.
In this research, analysis was carried out on the digital involvement extent of general masses by means of k-means technology, Apriori Association Rule as well as decision-making tree of data mining technology in order to discuss the digital peculiarities of different groups of general masses as well as the relation between the digital involvement extent of general masses and their employment competence. Also, the research hopes to build a model for employment competence prediction by using data mining technology, expecting to find out survey on the employment and unemployment of general masses and their digital capacity.
The results of this research prove and connect to new theoretical framework for employment competence by means of data mining. According to the experimental results, the digital involvement indexes which are most closely related to employment competence include the follows: (1) inquiring or applying for data on governmental websites in the recent 1 year, (2) registration on the internet in the recent 1 year, and (3) conducting financial disposal on the internet in the recent 1 year, etc.
Finally, this research expects that the research results can practically assist digital enterprises to make customized marketing strategies in line with the high digital life demands of the masses, and to assist the government to make policies related to employment.
