工作及家庭與每個人的生活習習相關,而每位工作者在人生的職涯或多或少均會面臨工作的轉換及異動,而工作意義、家庭需求、家庭投入及家庭支持更是影響甚遠,再者不同的生涯階段有不同的目標,相對地,亦會影響工作者的工作轉換及異動,另公務員因其工作較具保障性,是否會促使公務員相對較不重視自我就業力的提升?而個人工作意義、家庭需求、家庭投入、家庭支持及生涯階段對公務員自我就業力的提升是否有影響性?為瞭解工作意義、家庭因素及生涯階段對公務員心理及實質工作異動的影響性,以高雄市政府及其所屬機關編制內公務員為研究對象進行量化研究,總共發放400份問卷,有效回收樣本343份,回收率86%,並使用SPSS、LISREL系統及多元迴歸分析進行驗證,研究結果如下:
一、將工作視為職業對心理工作異動有負向影響;將工作視為事業及志業對心理工作異動有正向影響;將工作視為職業對相同機關工作異動有正向影響。
二、家庭投入及家庭支持對心理工作異動有正向影響;家庭需求與不同機關工作異動有正向影響;家庭支持對實質工作異動有正向影響。
三、個人生涯階段探索期、建立期及維持期對個人心理工作異動有正向影響;維持期對個人實質工作異動有正向影響。
Works and family are highly relative with each personal live, but every worker more or less face job transfer and mobility in their career. Whether meaning of work, family demand, family involvement and family support will affect one’s job mobility? Furthermore, will the frequency of job mobility be different due to various career stages? Civil servants are relatively more job security than the employees in the private organization. Will this characteristic
influence the civil servants not emphasis on improving their employability?
This research aims to examine the effects of meaning of work, family
demand, family involvement, family support and career stage of government employees on psychology and physical mobility. This research totally distributed 400 questionnaires, 343 valid questionnaires were returned and return rate is 86%.
The results of the study are as follows:
Firstly, the higher degree of viewing work as job leads to the lower
psychological mobility; the higher degree of viewing work as career and calling leads to the higher psychological mobility; the higher degree of viewing work as job leads to physical mobility in the same organization.
Secondly, family involvement and the family support have positively effects on the psychological mobility; the family demand positively influence physical mobility in different organizations; family support positively affect physical mobility in different organizations.
Thirdly, individuals who are in the exploration stage, establishment stage and maintenance stage have positive effects on psychology mobility; individuals who are in maintenance stage lead to physical mobility.
