臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

住宅搬遷研究大多著重於家戶搬遷的相關因子，而忽略家戶決定搬遷或不搬遷之過程中家戶類型及生活工作狀況等因素。本文採用2011年「華人家庭動態資料庫」(Panel Study of Family Dynamics, PSFD)，以羅吉迴歸模型實證，分析台灣家戶的搬遷決策，依照婚姻狀況、居住成員以及工作狀況等條件分為五種家戶類型，分析家戶搬遷決策。並探討家戶受到內部家戶類型的影響，以及考慮工作狀況、性別角色與婚姻態度、家庭決策與收支的差異以及家戶類型對於搬遷的選擇差異。本研究以不連續選擇理論（discrete choice theory）中的巢式logit 模型來建立家戶搬遷與住宅調整選擇模型。模型結果顯示中單身男/女家戶類型對於搬遷行為上具有顯著之影響力，顯示單身男/女家戶類型愈趨向搬遷之行為。
工作狀況、工作平均總收入、工作年資對於搬遷行為上具有顯著之影響力，其中工作狀況及工作年資對於搬遷行為是負向之影響，但工作平均總收入則是正向。性別角色、婚姻態度及家庭決策與收支對於搬遷行為上並無顯著影響。

Most research focus on the relocation of household relocation-related factors, while ignoring their decision process to relocate or not to relocate the factors of family type and working conditions. In this study, we used the data of Taiwan “2011 Panel Study of Family Dynamics” with logistic regression model to analyze relocation decisions. At first, We are divided into five types of households according to marital status, Living members and working conditions. Secondly, we analysis households affected by internal family types, and to consider external living and working conditions, gender roles and marriage attitude, family decision-making and the balance of payments, households choose to relocate difference. This research of the nested logit model establishes the household by the sampling theory to move with thehousing adjustment choice model. Single Family type has significant influence the relocation of behavior, results show that single family type tends more relocation.
"Working conditions", " The average of the work income", "work seniority" are significantly influence the relocate behavior, working conditions and work seniority for relocate behavior is negative to the impact, but the average of the work income is positive.Gender roles, marriage attitudes and household decision-making has no significant impact relocate behavior.
