臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

　　書目控制關係著圖書館書目紀錄品質，而書目品質的良窳更影響使用者的查詢成果及圖書館其他服務，面對各種新興載體、新目錄型態，編目館員必須能以最省時、省力及省錢的方式做好書目控制。而在資金有限、資料量增加的情況下，圖書館若能掌握書目控制的成本，將有助於整體單位的業務運作。
　　本研究利用作業基礎成本制來實際瞭解個案圖書館在執行書目控制工作的成本，檢視個案圖書館書目控制工作項目清單，透過訪談瞭解各工作項目實際執行狀況、繪製作業流程圖並分析計算。本研究以個案圖書館書目控制單位為研究樣本，針對書目控制單位人力組成、各項資源於採購及編目作業所需投入的時間比例及人力成本進行計算與分析。
　　本研究從研究分析得到以下結論：1.館員人力的直接投入，以及耗材、設備等為所有書目控制各項作業的共同成本。2.個案圖書館書目控制各項作業相異的成本動因包括徵集來源、採購內容、資料類型、網路及伺服器穩定度及廠商效率。3.個案圖書館在書目控制作業中，每月投入最多人力成本的作業為紙本資料編目；每月投入最少人力成本的作業則是電子資源轉檔。4.作業基礎成本制四大核心的關係為圖書館須藉由釐清成本動因，來合理地將資源分配至作業，以達到成本標的，最終滿足圖書館決策需求。
　　本研究依研究結果，針對國內圖書館導入作業基礎成本制提出研究建議：1.建立圖書館成本計算的基本/共同項目。2.落實相關資料的紀錄與保存。另外，後續研究則建議可深入瞭解其他類型圖書館的作業成本，或是多個同類型圖書館相比較。

　　This study taking activity-based costing to understand the actual cost of of the case library bibliographic control work,review the case library bibliographic control work project, through interviews to understand the actual situation of the case library bibliographic control work, drawing a flowchart of the job and analysis.This study taking the bibliographic control unit of the case library for the study sample, against bibliographic control units labor component,the resources to purchase and catalog operations inputs required
the proportion of time, and labor costs,to be Calculation and analysis.
　　This study explored that:1.librarian,supplies,equipment is the common costs of all Bibliographic Control works. 2. Case Library Bibliographic control works dissimilar cost drivers include collection source, purchase content, data types, network and server stability and efficiency of manufacturers. 3. In the case library bibliographic control works, monthly labor costs of most inputs for the job is paper resources catalog; put in the minimum monthly labor costs is electronic resource file conversion.4. The relationship of activity-based costing four core is Libraries must be to clarify the cost driver to rationally allocate resources to the job, in order to achieve cost targets, the final decision to meet the needs of the library.
　　This study give suggestions based on the study results, for domestic Library Application of Activity-based Costing:1. Establish basic / common library project costing.2. Implementation of history and preservation of relevant data. In addition, follow-up research is recommended to understand other types of libraries costing, or more of the same type library compared.
