Abstract
This study seeks to consider Thai students and their reasons for choosing to study in China or Taiwan. Through the literature review it has been identified that higher education is globally expanding. The advantages of student who study abroad were improve Chinese skill, enhanced employment and promotion prospects, and increased social status, are discussed. A study will explore factors of Thai students'' choices to study in China or Taiwan. The study classifies choices of international education into the decision to study abroad, choice of country (China or Taiwan)
The purpose of this study is focus on those students’ factors that influenced their decision for their selected. Quantitative data were collected and analyzed the important factors of student’s decision for choose country. Findings present a research field of which factors impact the students'' decision-making to study abroad in selecting a host country. Students can result in higher motivation; whether students can be motivated by goal-setting, the role of parental involvement, family background, and culture. The appendix outlines four major dimensions of motivation for student use for choose country.
