This research is mainly based on the research of 35ACR low alloy Gangworth tempering heat treatment to establish a database. 35ACR is often used in fastener materials, fan fasteners, and automotive fasteners, and is further extended by 35ACR-Worth tempering Austempering It is discussed that lower bainite (L.B.) is obtained by quenching cast iron from the state of Wostian iron to a temperature slightly above Ms, and performing constant temperature metamorphosis. But it has extraordinary toughness. The other two advantages are ultra-small deformation and no quenching cracking.
The main conditions of the test piece 1. Temperature 2. Time (constant temperature tempering test: temperature 270°C/320°C/350°C & time 1/2hr), the finished product is analyzed according to ASTM-E8: 1. Tensile (elongation, maximum stress, maximum load), 2.SEM for section analysis and structural analysis.
