In this study, the radial forging machine is used as the main equipment, commonly known as radial forging in the industry. This forging machine uses a multi-directional forging method to perform synchronous strikes perpendicular to the blank to cause plastic deformation of the blank. To analysis the process of four-sided radial forging machine strikes on hot-working die steel(H13).We use CAE software to simulate the forging machine’s parameters and discuss the influence different parameters. We take the optimal parameters as basis, then use BAR FORGE to design the process of actual forging. We expect to improve the quality of hot-working die steel(H13) by this method. This study use CAE to simulate the machine’s forging process with different angles, and showing the influence of H13’s quality. Therefore, we apply temperature:1250 degree Celsius and rotation angle:33,44 degree as forging condition, then we forging it in actual. After the forging process done, the finished product gets excellent quality and its outfit also match with the DEFORM simulation. From this result we find that use DEFORM simulate software and go with BAR FORGE forging process design software can effective improve stability of quality.
