網路的普及，學習環境的變化也隨之而來，新興的網路教學--同儕互評，是我們這次的研究主題，我們將線上註記系統的優點，做為網路同儕互評中的評量工具，讓每位學生都可以完整表達評量構念的差異性，並利用我們系統上的互助學習機制與推薦機制來提高每位學生的構念一致性。
本論文的相關研究方面，我們參考『同儕互評』、『註記系統』、『Data Mining』、『合作學習』領域作為我們基礎理論根據，並且，我們在系統設計裡，對於網頁註記資訊上的傳遞與整合跟Data Mining的分析都是我們這次研究的設計重點。
而在實驗結果方面，我們利用線上註記的評量方法來取得倆倆學生構念相似度，此線上註記的相似度與凱莉方格中的構念相似度有正相關產生，並且，藉由關聯式分析(Association Rule)找出了網路互評與構念註記的13條相關規則，再利用符合此13條規的學生，分析他們和全班學生的各項學業資訊，得到符合條件的學生都有較好的學習狀況，因此，我們希望藉由這些規則可以對之後的學生學習亦有正向的幫助產生。

An on-line annotation system is devised for peer assessment. Collaborative mechanism and recommending mechanism are developed to enhance the agreement of marks between peers and teachers and raised concept consistence among students. The obtained similarities of concepts between pairs of students by means of on-line annotation, which leads to a positive relation with the concept similarity of Kelly’s Grid. In addition, the association rule contributes to search out the thirteen rules from concept annotation data. When students who conformed to the thirteen rules, then would had better improvements in their studies. Hence, our system contributes positively to students’ learning process.
