隨著法令不斷的更新，校園中實驗室、試驗室、實習工廠之安全與衛生問題越來越受到重視。校園實驗（實習）場所的安全衛生不僅是為了符合法令的要求，最主要是要保護教職員與學生免於受到實驗室意外的危害。因此，本研究目的主要在了解大學生對實驗（實習）場所安全衛生危害認知程度，以做為將來教育與宣導時之參考。
本研究採用問卷調查的方式，調查大學生對實驗（實習）場所安全衛生危害認知程度與行為。結果發現受訪者對安全衛生危害認知程度與行為的平均數為3.65、3.85屬於中上程度。在安全衛生危害認知面向中，受訪者對於實驗室設備知能平均數為3.76最高。其次為職前知能、化學品操作知能、職安法規知能、防護具知能、環境管理知能等五方面之平均分數分別為3.71、3.67、3.67、3.62、3.46，其中對環境管理知能分數最低。
另安全衛生行為面向中，受訪者對於安全訓練平均數為4.03最高。其次為流程及意外事件處理、防護具使用等兩方面之平均分數分別為3.87、3.65。實驗室使用時間越長、參加實驗（實習）場所之安全衛生教育訓練，安全衛生危害認知程度與行為有顯著差異。安全衛生危害認知中各面向僅與安全行為中「安全訓練」及「流程及意外事件處理」有正相關。
建議於新生訓練時，進行實驗（實習）場所安全衛生教育訓練，並於實驗（實習）場所於每學期上課前實施1 小時有關該場所之安全衛生教育訓練。針對此次研究結果，日後訓練時應加強安全衛生管理知能及防護具使用方面來著手。

With the continuous updating of laws and regulations, the safety and health issues of laboratory and practice factory on campus have received increasing attention. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate college students’ awaremess on safety and health hazards in the laboratory. This study uses questionnaire survey to investigate the level of awareness and behavior of college students on the safety and health hazards in the laboratory.
The results show that the average score of college students’ awareness and behavior is 3.65 and 3.85. The highest score of in the awareness dimension is “knowledge of laboratory equipment” (3.76), follow by “pre-practice knowledge” (3.71), “chemical operation knowledge” (3.67), “occupational safety regulations” (3.67), “protective gear knowledge” (3.62), and “environmental management knowledge” (3.46). The highest score of in the behavior dimension is “safety training” (4.03), follow by “process and accident handling” (3.87) and “use of protective gear” (3.65) are 3.87. In addition, “laboratory use time” and “safety education training” have significant impact on college students’ awareness and behavior.
It is recommended to conduct safety and health education and training during orientation, and conduct one hour of safety and health education and training before using the laboratory. Moreover, future training should focus on the perception of safety management and the use of protective gear.
