本研究旨在將影像辨識技術運用於行動裝置以建構口腔衛生檢測系統實現個人線上口腔看護的目的。本系統透過外接攝影機拍攝口腔內部的影像經由影像辨識技術來取其特徵值。本研究所建構的系統可依據所得到的特徵值來判斷口腔的健康狀況，以了解口腔是否有無齲齒或者是牙齦發炎的口腔疾病。若有上述疑似口腔疾病即可經由本系統的緊急聯絡機制來達到快速就醫與節省待診的時間。
本研究所提的系統是以一組具有Wi-Fi功能的無線攝影機當作口腔鏡，拍攝口腔內部影像傳輸至以Android系統所架構的行動裝置上進行預覽。在預覽過程時，若發現異狀便可即時擷取影像並儲存至手機的內建記憶體中。所儲存的疑似口腔異狀的影像可使用OpenCV中的色彩空間轉換函式配合螢幕圖像點擊技術來檢測齲齒狀況或使用輪廓繪製法計算牙齦區塊特徵值。若區塊特徵值顯示為無異狀時，表示口腔是處於健康的狀態；反之，區塊特徵值呈現異常，輪廓繪製法便可框出異常的區塊，這就說明口腔有疑似發炎的症狀。當口腔有疑似齲齒或發炎的症狀時，本系統有提供緊急處理的相關建議。同時本系統還提供了緊急聯絡機制可與指定牙醫師進行前期診斷和掛號等流程。使用本系統只需要幾分鐘就能迅速完成口腔檢測，更可以提早發現口腔有無異狀，這將可降低口腔疾病過晚發現而導致延誤就醫的情況。

This study aims to apply image recognition technology to mobile devices in order to construct an oral hygiene detection system for personal online oral care. The proposed system captures the image inside the oral cavity through an external camera and adopts image recognition technology to take its characteristic value. The system constructed in this study can judge the health of the oral cavity based on the obtained characteristic values to understand whether the oral cavity has dental caries or an oral disease in which the gums are inflamed. If the user has the above suspected oral disease, the emergency contact mechanism of the system can be used to achieve quick medical treatment and save time for treatment.
The system proposed in this study uses a set of Wi-Fi-enabled wireless cameras as a dental mirror to capture the internal image of the oral cavity for transmission to a mobile device built on the Android system for preview. During the preview process, if you find an abnormal shape, you can instantly capture and save the image to the phone's built-in memory.The stored images of suspected oral abnormalities can be detected using the color space conversion function in OpenCV with screen image click technology to detect dental caries or to calculate the gum feature values using the contour drawing method. If the block feature value is displayed as no abnormality, it means that the oral cavity is in a healthy state; otherwise, the block feature value is abnormal, and the contour drawing method can frame the abnormal block, which indicates that the oral cavity has symptoms of suspected inflammation. The system has recommendations for emergency treatment when there are suspected dental caries or irritations in the mouth. Meanwhile the system also provides an emergency contact mechanism for pre-diagnosis and registration with the designated dentist. Using this system, it takes only a few minutes to complete the oral examination quickly, and it is possible to detect the presence or absence of abnormalities in the oral cavity early, which will reduce the delay in the discovery of oral diseases and delay the medical treatment.
