科技運用於教育正逐漸普及深入且向下扎根，資訊科技融入教育不但成為趨勢，其妙用也廣為各界所期待。但是科技本身並非獨立存在的物體，而是人類或人類社會的心智產物，在探求科技的應用之際，「人」的觀點不應該被忽略。由於資訊科技服務使用於校園尚屬新穎之議題，資訊科技服務之使用必須仰賴資訊系統。過去的研究焦點多著重於資訊系統的導入造成的影響，卻甚少去研究人員對資訊系統的導入的感受、認知與詮釋。
本研究旨在探討科技的發展與資訊的發達將帶給相關教育人員何種影響？其中幼兒教育為頗值得研究之焦點議題，私立幼稚園以資訊科技服務為號召，並試圖以此建立競爭優勢，但論起師資，私立幼校程度普遍不比公立幼校，同時幼教師資訊素養亦為各級教育當中最低。
資訊系統的導入與實施(implementation)與人員之框架有關，因為框架(frame)會對行為（行動）產生深遠的影響，Orlikowski & Gash(1994)提出了科技框架(Technological frame)專門探討此一問題。國內將框架分析(frame analysis)應用於資訊科技導入之相關研究十分缺乏，由於科技框架是所有與組織相關的框架之中，有關「組織所應用之科技」的一種框架。因此，本研究便根據這個方向，透過科技框架探討幼稚園教育人員對資訊科技服務之認知。
本研究以國內結合教育理念與資訊科技服務之幼稚園為研究對象，進行單一個案之詮釋性研究，研究問題如下：(1)本個案研究對相關群體進行科技框架探討之結果與發現為何？(2)幼稚園組織內不同的重要群體對使用資訊科技服務之認知與詮釋為何？(3)幼稚園組織內不同的重要群體的不同詮釋，如何影響和應用資訊科技服務之使用？其執行成效與結果為何？(4)幼稚園組織內不同科技框架之可能形成原因為何？
本個案研究對相關群體進行科技框架探討發現其七大要素，分別為科技策略、動機、成功判斷、照片上傳、訓練、資訊內容、溝通。此外，幼稚園組織內不同群體對使用資訊科技服務之認知部分一致，但詮釋並不相同。其中，A園長態度是積極的、B教務主任態度是兩難的、導師則是追隨的。雖然幼稚園組織內不同群體之詮釋各不相同，但受到組織文化所影響，並無阻礙發生，仍然朝向有利於資訊科技服務之推動方向進行。此外，組織文化也有助於激發相關成員於相關技巧與相關知識上面的學習。幼稚園使用資訊科技服務之後其執行成效與效果極為有限，原因為成員資訊素養之不足、不滿意資訊系統的功能與家長上網者有限。
本個案研究發現幼稚園組織內不同科技框架之可能形成原因為：A園長因對資訊科技服務高度認同與理念驅動。B教務主任因對資訊科技服務有所期待與不得不為。C導師因信賴而追隨。D導師因信賴而追隨與受到未來趨勢影響。
本個案研究之研究過程當中，除科技框架之研究主題外，尚有以下發現：(1)各國政府在學前階段之幼兒資訊科技教育上，扮演主要推動者之重要角色。(2)廠商開發之系統，並未考慮到個案園所真正之需要，功能多而不精。(3)個案園所使用資訊科技服務，考慮到與教育理念結合，無形效益大於有形效益。(4)個案園所對資訊科技服務之認知，並未包括數位（電腦）課程，顯示數位課程雖普遍為被幼稚園所強調，但並非主流與並未落實資訊科技融入教學課程。可能原因為師資在資訊素養與能力上之缺乏與缺乏合適教材。(5)資訊科技服務相關之師訓課程訓練有其必要，但園所無力承擔，需要外援。(6)幼稚園園長之領導統馭與組織文化確能影響資訊系統之順利導入。(7)幼稚園所相關人員之資訊素養有程度差異，多數需再加強。也影響到對資訊系統之使用，並簡化對資訊系統功能上之認知。
本個案研究有以下三點貢獻：(1)本研究發現各國政府在學前階段之幼兒資訊科技教育上，扮演主要推動者之重要角色，值得相關政府單位做為政策制定之參考。(2)本研究有關組織成員框架之發現，對瞭解資訊科技服務使用於幼稚園發展與過程有所助益，可做為幼稚園引進資訊科技服務之參考。(3)本研究之研究內容發現將有助於廠商瞭解市場，並做為相關系統與服務之研發與問題改善之參考。

Technology nowadays is popularly and deeply applied in education and has become a trend that people look forward to. Technology is not a tool itself but rather a production in people''s minds; hence, how “humans” really think about technology can not be ignored.
This case study focuses on the influence of the technology development and the information boost towards the educators. This topic has drawn a great deal of attention in information system researches (Orlikowski & Gash, 1994). Given the presumption that the technological frames of people has great influence upon their actions toward technology, this case study is based on the technological frame theory to find out the recognition of the information technology service by the kindergarten educators.
The purpose of this study is to illustrate key stakeholders'' interpretations of information technology service. And after my interviews with principals, educational administrators, and teachers, the results are sorted as follows:
1.The seven categories of the technological frame in this case study are: the nature of technology, motivation, criteria of success, photo upload, training, information content and communication.
2.In this case study, the key stakeholders'' recognition of the information technology service is somewhat similar among kindergarten educators. But their interpretations are diversely incongruent. Principal A is initiative and practical to face the information technology service. Educational administration B appears to be in a dilemma when facing it. Teachers are such as followers. Because of the organization culture, it becomes the influence in the development of the information technology service in the same way. The organization culture can also be contributive to encourage the organization members to learn some skills and knowledge to face the information technology service. At last, the influence of the information technology service in use is not as well as what we have expected, due to the lack of information literacy of members and the lack of use of the information systems, and parents’ incapability to reach the web often.
3.Principal A''s technological frames take shape in her/his high recognition and compatible ideal. Educational administration B''s technological frames take shape in the exception and dilemma. Teacher C''s technological frames take shape in her/his trust in Principal A. And teacher D''s technological frames take shape in her/his trust in Principal A and future trends.
This case study has three contributions. First, this case study contributes in the establishment of the national policies on education. Second, this case study finds out the recognition of the information technology service by the kindergarten educators. At last, this case study sheds light on the development and improvement of the information system and service.
