本研究主要是利用6SigmaDC軟體來模擬機櫃上抽風的情況下入風面的速度分布，並以此結果做為實驗架設上參考。該模擬模型為三維、穩態的分析，再分析其速度分布下能有多少的伺服器溫度下降，最後能夠以此結果找出最佳的流量設置以及分流方式組合，其模擬結果顯示利用縮小入出口截面積的方式，風速增快，便會使入口風速均勻化。
並利用與軟體模擬設定相符之實驗條件的實驗架設，藉由實驗數據與模擬數據比較，從此找出較好並符合實際需求的配置。
實驗中可知雖然入出口截面積小時，每一台伺服器入口流量會均勻，但壓降也大大增加，設計時需額外考慮到此問題。

This study is 6SigmaDC software to simulate the cabinet upper ventilation into the wind surface velocity distribution, and use the results as a reference to the experimental setup. The simulation model for three-dimensional, steady-state analysis, re-analysis of the temperature dropped of each server in these velocity distribution. Finally using these result to get the best way of flow settings, and Simulation results show that the use of narrow into export the way of the cross-sectional area, the wind speed increased, it will make the uniform inlet velocity distribution.
And set the experimental conditions consistent with software simulation, and experiments erected by the experimental data and simulation data, since then to find better and meet the actual needs of the configuration.
The experiment shows that, although into the export of hours of cross-sectional area, the inlet flow rate of each server will be uniform, but the pressure drop also increased significantly, the design of an additional consideration to this problem.
