本論文研發一款擁有智慧坐姿偵測系統的坐墊，能夠自動偵測使用者的坐姿有無異常，像是駝背、半躺半坐、左倚右靠等坐姿不良的行為，一旦偵測異常，透過手機APP立即告知使用者，幫助使用者糾正自己的坐姿，另外也會記錄使用者「坐」狀態的持續時間，當使用者持續超過設定時間，立即通知使用者適當的休息起身活動，避免讓使用者維持同一姿勢持續太久，造成肌肉痙攣、拉傷等現象，維持使用者良好的坐姿習慣，保有健康的身體。
本作品使用盛群HT66F70A微控制器結合多顆感測器，自動偵測使用者坐姿，當使用者坐姿不正確時，立即透過手機APP通知使用者，並將使用者分析數據透過WIFI上傳至雲端伺服器，使用者能透過手機APP查看坐姿異常情形，調整錯誤坐姿，養成良好坐姿習慣。

This study aimed to develop a smart seat cushion which can detect the user’s sitting postures. It can detect and recognize the user’s sitting postures and identify poor postures such as humpback, half-sitting, and leaning left/right. Once an abnormal posture is detected, the smart phone app would notify its user, in hopes of helping the user to adjust his sitting posture. Moreover, the seat cushion can also record the user’s sitting time. If the user remains seated for a time period longer than the set limit, he would be notified and suggested to get up and exercise. This helps to avoid the user being in the same posture too long, which may cause muscle spasms and strains. Maintaining a good sitting posture is good for the body.
This product is made with the Holtek HT66F70A MCU combined with multiple sensors. It can automatically detect and recognize the user’s sitting posture. And if the posture is identified as a poor posture, the user would be notified through the app. The data of the user would be uploaded to the cloud server over a Wi-Fi connection. The user can check the problems with his sitting postures using the app, so that he can adjust his sitting postures and form a good sitting habit.
