在這篇論文中，使用了能製作小元件的微機電技術(Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System，MEMS)，研究製作出一種具有布拉格光柵的單模D型光纖濾波器，製作過程使用研磨的方式將單模光纖研磨成D型光纖的結構，使圓形的單模光纖上有一處平坦的表面，方便作任何加工，也能讓加工的元件更靠近光纖核心，之後利用全像干涉微影技術與光阻將布拉格光柵製作在玻璃試片上，以及使用軟式微影技術將細微的布拉格光柵轉印到一種低折射率的材料上，製作成具有布拉格光柵的模片，再將具有布拉格光柵的模片覆蓋在單模D型光纖平面表面上，如同將光柵直接雕刻在D型光纖上的作用，使光柵能靠近光纖核心，讓光纖核心傳輸的光與光柵之間有耦合的作用，形成一種具有濾波效果的單模D型光纖濾波器，並製作兩種不同折射率模片替換，透過量測儀器去驗證此濾波器有濾波的功能，並比對兩者的反射波長結果，完成本論文提到的濾波需求。

In this paper, a micro-Electro-Mechanical-System (MEMS) capable of making small components was used to fabricate a single-mode D-type fiber filter with Bragg gratings. The single-mode fiber is ground into a D-type fiber structure, so that a circular single-mode fiber has a flat surface for easy processing, and the processed component is closer to the fiber core, and then the holographic interference lithography is utilized. And the photoresist is used to fabricate the Bragg grating on the glass test piece, and the fine Bragg grating is transferred to a low refractive index material by using soft lithography technology to form a die having a Bragg grating, and then the mode having the Bragg grating The film is covered on the planar surface of the single-mode D-type fiber, as if the grating is directly engraved on the D-type fiber, so that the grating can be close to the core of the fiber, so that the light transmitted by the core of the fiber and the grating have a coupling effect, forming a A single-mode D-type fiber filter with filtering effect, and two different refractive filter die replacements are made, and the filter is verified by a measuring instrument. Function and results of the reflection wavelength than two, complete filtering requirements mentioned in this paper.
