本研究以計畫行為理論模式為架構，藉由PISA (the Programme for International Student Assessment) 國際學生能力評量計畫，2012年臺灣15歲學生(青少年)的資料進行研究，採用結構方程模式來驗證學生對數學學習行為意圖的假設模式。
本研究主要探討數學學習態度(attitude,AT)、數學學習主觀規範(subjective norm,SN)、數學學習行為控制知覺(perceived behavioral control,PBC)等構念和參與PISA 2012 15歲學生數學學習行為意圖(behavioral intention,BI)之關聯，並探討驗證行為意圖與實際行為之因果關係。
根據研究分析結果，提出如下結論，以供後續研究參考。
(1)理論模式之適配度指標多為良好，少部分為可接受範圍。
(2)H3：數學學習主觀規範對數學學習行為意圖有正向顯著影響。
H9：數學學習主觀規範可以透過數學學習行為意圖的中介作用，間接對數學學習行為產生正向顯著影響。研究分析發現H3與H9不成
立，其他所有路徑係數皆呈正向顯著影響。
(3)數學學習行為意圖在某些路徑上具有中介效果。
(4)學生在數學學習的「態度」、「知覺行為控制」對「數學學習行為意圖」具有直接效果及正向顯著的影響，而「數學學習行為意圖」對 「實
際行為」亦具有直接效果及正向顯著的影響。

This study is based on Theory of Planned Behavior, with the Programe for international Student Assessment (PISA), the 2012 data of 15-year-old students (youths) in Taiwan. Students' behavioral intention in mathematics learning was studied using a Structural Equation Model.
This study focuses on mathematics learning attitude (AT), subjective norm (SN),perceived behavioral control (PBC) and other constructs, and relationship with behavioral intention(BI), in PISA2012 15-year-old students' mathematics learning. The causal relationship between the behavioral intention and the actual behavior is also
explored.
Based on the results of the research and analysis, the following conclusions are proposed for future reference.
(1)The fitness index of the theoretical model is mostly good, and a small part is acceptable.
(2)All path coefficients are statistically significant, except for H3 (subjective specification of mathematics
learning) and H9.
(3)Mathematics learning behavioral intention have an mediated effects on certain paths.
(4)Students' attitudes toward mathematics learning and perceived behavioral control have direct effects and
positive significant effects on mathematics learning behavioral intention, while mathematics learning behavioral
intention have direct effects and positive significant effects on actual behavior.
