PCB(印刷電路板)是制造業當中須經過多道複雜的加工程序的產業，經驗技術即時的發揮仍是產業能否生存的最大課題，在現今產品輕、薄、短、小且產品週期短的趨勢下使得產業內的工程技術人員必須快速反應解決問題。CBR一般理論方面的研究大都預先假設案例庫已建置完整忽略建立案例庫的重要性雖然許多學者大都認同案例的儲存及表現的方式對案例的推理有著決定性的影響但較少著墨於資料庫的先期規劃，所以在本研究著重於案例庫的先期規劃並以專屬行業特性分類判斷來簡化資料比對的範圍進而提昇案例擷取的準確度。期望能為PCB產業不管是在傳統的PC mother board或高階的HDI、Bluetooth、Rigid-flex等產品找到一個更適用的知識管理工
具。

PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is one of the most complicated manufacturing industry in which production process involves multiple complex procedures. The greatest surviving challenge is to exercise experiential technologies instantaneously, since nowadays the product trends went "lighter and thiner". The tendency of short product cycle also force the engineers and technical personnel to react and resolve the problems instantly. Most of the general theory researches of CBR presume that case database had built completely and ignore the importance of database foundation plan, even though most scholars agree that the conservation of cases and manners of behavior have crucial influence on case reasoning. Therefore in this research we will emphasize the pre-plan of case database and use the exclusive industrial characteristics classification to determine and simplify the range of information comparison and then raise the accuracy of case collecting. Hope that this could help develop a more suitable information management tool for PCB industry that not only traditional product of PC mother board but also high-level HDI,Bluetooth, Rigid-flex and so on.
