This study introduces traditional celebrations from Douliu Taiping Street into art education and uses the actual operation of arts and cultural activities to understand the current situation of citizens ’satisfaction and their existing problems after implementing arts and cultural activities in Douliu Taiping Street. Suggestions for improving the implementation of Lao Cai art education. This article adopts two research methods, "online questionnaire" and "in-depth interview". The purpose of the researcher's choice of the CIPP model is to use this information to help determine the various alternatives for decision making, to make education more sustainable, to plan, execute, and evaluate, and to improve actions.
