臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

環視近年來有關知識管理的探討與研究，篇幅成長相當迅速。然知識管理的相關研究大都著重在知識創造及知識轉換的探討，缺乏對於組織內部知識整合構面的連結。為充分了解資訊技能、知識獲取及決策速度的關聯性，本研究以資訊技能、知識獲取為自變項，決策速度為依變項，探討資訊技能、知識獲取與決策速度的關係。本研究目的如下：
（一） 檢驗資訊技能不同因素構面間之相關性。
（二） 分析個人背景資料對其資訊技能不同面向之程度差異。
（三） 探討資訊技能與知識獲取能力間之關連性。
（四） 探討知識獲取能力與決策速度間之關連性。
研究結果顯示，不同受訪者個人屬性對資訊技能、知識獲取與決策速度認知有顯著的差異；此外，資訊技能、知識獲取與決策速度三者間有顯著的相關。

With the huge ongoing amount of researches related to knowledge management, most of them were all focused on knowledge creation and knowledge transformation. Scarcely researches of knowledge management were focused on knowledge integration within organization. In order to investigate the relationship between the constructs of information skills, knowledge acquirement, and decision speed, the thesis use the constructs of information skills and knowledge acquirement as independent variables, and the constructs of decision speed as dependent variable. And the purposes of our thesis are four fold:
1. To investigate the correlation between the constructs of information skills.
2. To test the difference between personal variables and the constructs of information skills.
3. To test the relationship between the constructs of information skills and knowledge acquirement.
4. To test the relationship between the constructs of knowledge acquirement and deciosion speed.
The result showed that there were significant difference between the constructs of information skills, knowledge acquirement, and decision speed as regarding to personal attributes. Besides, there were significant relationship between the constructs of information skills, knowledge acquirement, and decision speed.
