臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要目的是探討「影響綠色供應商採用GPMS之因素」，因我們正處於綠色供應鏈管理的初始階段，因此企業應採取主動提高環境管理意識與國際接軌，而國內是網路通訊業以代工之方式在國際極具影響力，為供應鏈體系中不可獲缺之一員。因此本研究藉由個案研究方式，了解國內產業在企業經濟效益與環保需求之新管理模式下，如何藉由GPMS提高其國際競爭力。本研究之研究對象僅就綠色供應商部份分析，探討綠色供應商在供應鏈體系因應環保產品之要求下，希冀維持產品品質及提高供貨能力下，其分別在環境面、技術面、管理面上與GPMS接受度之關係為何。
藉由本研究之觀察可協助國內企業在供應鏈體系中之控管力能因而更加完整，形成整體生產網路之綜效，而GPMS可協助綠色供應商其產品之綠化過程，並藉由本研究對綠色供應商在環境面、技術面、管理面上給予之建議，以利國內產業提升在國際上之競爭力。

In this research, we discuss the factors affecting the green supplier to adopt GPMS. Our country is in initial phase of green supply chain management, so enterprise voluntarily promote the sense of environment management to connect with the international.Our country’s networking industry use as ODM and is necessary member of supply chain.
In the case study of green suppliers, we realize our industry under the new management’s model of economic benefits and environmental consciousness,how to use GPMS to enhance international competitiveness. In this research , we only analyze the section of green suppliers,when they purpose to keep the project quality and secure capacity with suppliers for incoming orders, what the relationship between adoption GPMS and environment,information technology, and management individually?
In our opinion, our research results can assist internal industry to have a compete green product control capability and form a production network synergy. And GPMS can assist green products’ green process,we believe the research suggestions and results can enhance international competitiveness of our industry.
